'Serious parley' of big three continue on the second day 06.11.10

The tripartite parley of the major three parties - Unified CPN (Maoist), CPN-UML and Nepali Congress (NC)- continued on the second day Saturday, according to sources.
Friday's meeting of the top leaders of the major three parties failed to make any concrete decision. However, the leaders agreed to continue their dialogue in the same venue until they forge a consensus on prime ministerial election, peace process and statute writing, a UML source informed Nepalnews this morning.

According to the source, at least five senior leaders from each party are taking part in the 'secret meeting' where no access to any sort of media is entertained. Reporters have been stopped at least two kilometres away from the Hattiban Resort, Farping.

Unverified reports also revealed that even caretaker Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has joined today's meeting which is expected to be completed by this evening as the whole nation prepares for Bhai Tika festivals on Sunday. nepalnews.com
