Auspicious time for Tihar announced 30.10.10

Nepal Calendar Determination Committee has announced the auspicious timings and dates for various rituals including Bhaitika for this year's Tihar.
A meeting of the committee in Kathmandu on Friday announced the auspicious timing for Bhaitika would be 11.31 am on November 7.

The committee also determined the dates for Kag Tihar (worshipping crows) and Kukur Tihar (worshipping dogs) on November 4, Laxmi Puja (worshipping the goddess of wealth) on November 5, Cow and Bullock Tihar on November 6 and Gobardhan (a sacred mountain) Puja and Bhaitika (worshipping brothers) on November 7.
